Adani Group

The Airports Authority of India (AAI)

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) is a statutory body under the ownership of the Ministry of

Civil Aviation, Government of India. It is responsible for creating, upgrading, maintaining, and

managing civil aviation infrastructure in India. It provides Communication Navigation

Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) services over the Indian airspace and

adjoining oceanic areas. AAI currently manages a total of 137 airports, including

34 international airports, 10 Customs Airports, 81 domestic airports, and 23 Civil enclaves at

Defence airfields.

 

GMR Group

The GMR Group is the second largest private airport operator in the world and amongst the

top 5 airport developers globally. It operates Delhi's Indira Gandhi International

Airport, Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and Goa's Manohar International

Airport.

 

Gujarat State Aviation Infrastructure Company Limited (GUJSAIL)

GUJSAIL is the nodal agency for development of aviation and related infrastructure in the

state of Gujarat. GUJSAIL is a public sector company set up by the Government of Gujarat

(GoG) with a view to building infrastructure and providing trained human resources for the

fast growing civil aviation sector in Gujarat.

 

Rohina Heliport Delhi

Rohina Heliport is the first Heliport in India featuring a centrally air-conditioned passenger

terminal building with the capacity to handle 150 passengers. It is part of the National Civil

Aviation Policy (NCAP) to have four heliports, one in each region. This heliport will provide all

helicopter operational facilities and will decongest the busy Indira Gandhi International

Airport and also promote regional air connectivity through helicopters in the northern part of

the country for regular passenger services, heli-services, landing and parking of helicopters,

MRO services for helicopters, disaster management, Helicopter Emergency Medical

Services (HEMS), law and order surveillance.
